Your Main Quest
We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer — a technologist and problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement and AI innovation. You will work closely with clients to deeply understand their challenges and implement AI-powered solutions through computer vision and 3D simulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify and solve core technical challenges using Bifrost’s AI tools.
- Develop and deploy perception and computer vision models tailored to customer use cases.
- Translate customer needs into actionable engineering and product feedback.
- Serve as a technical advisor during sales engagements and technical discovery.
- Work with product, AI, and engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.
- Present demos, run Proofs-of-Concept (POCs), and engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Represent Bifrost at industry events, virtual meetups, and within tech communities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in customer-facing engineering roles with hands-on experience in computer vision and ML. (We welcome candidates with 2–4 years as well.)
- Strong skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like OpenCV, PyTorch.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a user-first attitude.
- Proven experience collaborating with product and engineering to ship impactful solutions.
Bonus
- Experience with Unreal or Unity gaming engines.
- Prior roles in Developer Relations, technical evangelism, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Familiarity with 3D tools like Unreal, Unity, or Blender.
