About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Executive Staff during this pivotal growth phase. You will manage calendars, high-stakes meetings, travel plans, and internal communications. Your goal will be to increase the productivity and focus of our executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar and Schedule Management

  • Manage complex calendars for Executive Staff
  • Prioritize and optimize meetings to support strategic goals
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor calls, and internal meetings
  • Handle travel planning including logistics and itineraries

Communications Management

  • Triage executive emails and ensure timely follow-up
  • Draft presentations and correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Act as liaison between the executive team and external/internal stakeholders

On-Site Office Management

  • Oversee vendors and office supplies
  • Ensure a functional, well-stocked, and welcoming office environment
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site meetings and events
  • Assist in welcoming and coordinating guests and visitors

Administrative Support

  • Manage expense reports and reimbursements
  • Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare materials for meetings and support ad-hoc executive needs
  • Advise executives on prioritization and task management

You may be a good fit if you have

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, etc.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating board meetings and investor communications
  • Understanding of international business practices
  • Financial literacy and basic business operations understanding
  • Bilingual in Korean is a plus
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML space is a bonus
