Our mission is to build the next generation of AI: ubiquitous, interactive intelligence that runs wherever you are. Today, not even the best models can continuously process and reason over a year-long stream of audio, video and text—1B text tokens, 10B audio tokens and 1T video tokens—let alone do this on-device.
We're pioneering the model architectures that will make this possible. Our founding team met as PhDs at the Stanford AI Lab, where we invented State Space Models or SSMs, a new primitive for training efficient, large-scale foundation models. Our team combines deep expertise in model innovation and systems engineering paired with a design-minded product engineering team to build and ship cutting edge models and experiences.

The Role: Forward Deployed Engineer
We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and our customers. In this role, you'll:
- Lead technical qualification calls with prospects and customers, helping them understand how our technology can solve their specific challenges
- Own the technical relationship with key customers, becoming their dedicated technical expert and trusted advisor
- Drive customer success by providing responsive, thoughtful technical support that helps customers maximize the value of our API
- Create custom demos and proof-of-concept implementations that showcase powerful solutions to customer problems
- Gather rich customer feedback and synthesize it into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams
- Identify patterns in customer needs and develop reusable solutions that accelerate implementation
- Help strengthen our self-serve experience by improving documentation, creating tutorials, and building sample applications
