We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Head of Applied AI to drive our AI product strategy forward. This senior-level role will be pivotal in shaping and executing agentic experiences centered around information retrieval and workflow automation using LLMs and traditional machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CTO while collaborating closely with the leadership team to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.
• Architect, build, and deploy scalable AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain) and traditional ML technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deeply integrate AI across the platform.
• Partner with every department to evangelize how Tabs' AI strategy drives real value for stakeholders.
• Promote the Tabs AI vision externally through your network and content publishing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying AI applications with Large Language Models (LLMs), including hands-on work with OpenAI APIs and LangChain.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong background in startups—ideally as a founder or early team member in a fast-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from concept to deployment, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
