Why is this role important to Robin AI?

At Robin AI, we create groundbreaking products that are transforming legal teams. To do this, we are growing our engineering team, and looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer. You'll join one of our product squads to build new features and improve existing workflows that change the way companies all over the world do deals.

You will help us build software that allows our customers to:

• Create contracts from a library of templates
• Quickly review and edit contracts sent to them by counterparties
• Use our Word add-in to access our copilot right alongside their contracts
• Build an intelligent contract repository that saves thousands of hours searching for data

We’ve already made great progress toward this product vision, and you will play a pivotal role in making it a reality.

Our Tech Stack

• NX monorepo
• React (latest) with Typescript, functional components, and hooks
• Tailwind CSS
• Shared design systems and component libraries
• Apollo GraphQL with auto-generated hooks

We meet fortnightly as a frontend chapter to discuss best practices and continuously improve our codebase.

What are my responsibilities?

• Contribute to frontend development at Robin AI as part of a product squad
• Make key design and implementation decisions
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to solve challenging problems
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other teams to build innovative features
• Mentor and coach junior frontend engineers
• Help define technical standards and best practices across the frontend chapter
• Participate in the full development cycle (design, development, deployment)

What about my skills?

• Experience building React applications with Typescript/JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and browser APIs
• Familiarity with good engineering practices: writing tests, code reviews, CI/CD
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments building quality products
• Ability to build intuitive and simple user interfaces to solve complex problems

Compensation at Robin AI

• Salary: £95k - £110k
