Essential Functions

Requirement Gathering and Documentation

  • Write clear and detailed product requirements and specifications
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact between the product team and other departments

Product Development Oversight

  • Oversee the product development process, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines
  • Address any issues or obstacles that arise during development

User Experience and Design

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and provides a positive user experience
  • Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into the product design

Customer Feedback and Support

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns
  • Work with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related problems

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the product and introduce innovative features

Data Driven Approach

  • Ability to complete in-depth data analysis to identify ROI
  • Proficient in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensures that products and features are profitable and align with strategic objectives
  • Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and generative AI is highly desirable

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in Product Management
  • Strong data analysis and math background
  • Proven ability to create roadmaps and deliver products that generate high ROIs
  • Someone who up-levels the team and company, not just fills a gap
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getter
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience in Series D funding level companies or higher

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA is preferred
