Essential Functions
Requirement Gathering and Documentation
Write clear and detailed product requirements and specifications
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for the development team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery
Act as the main point of contact between the product team and other departments
Product Development Oversight
Oversee the product development process, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines
Address any issues or obstacles that arise during development
User Experience and Design
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and provides a positive user experience
Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into the product design
Customer Feedback and Support
Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns
Work with customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related problems
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Continuously seek ways to improve the product and introduce innovative features
Data Driven Approach
Ability to complete in-depth data analysis to identify ROI
Proficient in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensures that products and features are profitable and align with strategic objectives
Experience with reporting, data warehousing, and generative AI is highly desirable
Examples of Other Experience
Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Professional internal skills, including patience, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent organization and time management skills
Project management experience is desirable; experience with JIRA, Confluence
Detail-oriented and demonstrated accuracy
Excellent writing skills preferred
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in Product Management
Strong data analysis and math background
Proven ability to create roadmaps and deliver products that generate high ROIs
Someone who up-levels the team and company, not just fills a gap
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getter
Strong project management skills
Previous experience in Series D funding level companies or higher
Education
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA is preferred

Salary: $153,000 to $178,000 USD
