Job Description: UX Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team and lead our transformation toward a product-led organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the end-to-end user journey, ensuring our platform is intuitive, engaging, and aligns with the needs of our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and optimize our products for the best user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Design Principles: Establish and own the product design principles for the product organization.
- User Research: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, informing design decisions.
- Persona Development: Create detailed user personas and scenarios to guide the design process and ensure alignment with user expectations.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively bring each persona to their WOW and AHA moment.
- UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and user-centric product development.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in UX design, preferably within SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful UX projects.
